Prospecting, mapping and soil sampling have been carried out by helicopter for two years by Dios and have made it possible to delimit a highly prospective gold sector within a felsic intrusive rock, upstream of a dispersal train. glacial gold in till on the 33 CARATS project. This project is accessible by road and owned in its entirety by Dios in James Bay, north of Chibougamau, Quebec, along Highway 167, 40 km south of the Renard diamond deposit and 6 km northwest. the Eastmain mine deposit (1.0 million tonnes at 15.3 g / t Au (grams per tonne), 15.1 g / t Ag and 0.27% Cu). Dios has defined the TONALITE DE BOHIER, host of several porphyry-type gold-silver-copper-bismuth porphyry indices associated with a hollow of magnetism. The golden trail points towards the magnetic hollow within the TONALITE DE BOHIER (area of 3.5 by 1.5 km).
The first gold mineralized outcrops of TONALITE DE BOHIER were discovered in the summer of 2012. The property is intersected by the Eastmain River and many shallow lakes. There are few outcrops and large areas do not flush because covered marshes, peat bogs and streams. The typical mineralization within the tonalite consists of disseminated pyrite-chalcopyrite or veinlets associated with 1-5% biotite-magnetite and / or networks of quartz veinlets. The recent road access this fall initiated a first ground drilling program to locate the source of mineralized boulders and to thoroughly test some surface indexes in the TONALITE DE BOHIER on solid ground, starting from the road.
Nine holes for 1,332 meters of length were completed on the TONALITE DE BOHIER. The gold drilling program targeted weak to intense magnetic lineaments within the magnetic trough. The drilling was done in two parts, with a two-kilometer area between these two parts remaining inaccessible due to field conditions. The northern part of the magnetic trough in BOHIER TONALITY returned 10 metric intervals of more than 100 ppb Au in three different holes: 13-01, 03 & 04. The best section is 1.14 g / t Au, 2 g / t Ag & 0.12% Cu over 3.0 m (210.35-204.35 m) in hole 13-01. Large areas of potassium (biotite-K-feldspar) and propylitic (epidote-carbonate) alteration were intersected in holes 13-01 & 03. The second part of the drilling program targeted the Shower Cap area two kilometers to the south, at the southern end of the magnetic trough anomaly. Hole 13-07 was drilled directly under the Shower Cap Index at a sampling depth of 111 m and gave 3 intervals of more than 1.0 g / t Au: 1.38 g / t Au, 1.7 g / t Ag & 0.15% Cu over 0.5m (19.00-19.50m), 1.09g / t Au, 1.2g / t Ag & 0.13% Cu over 1, 5 m (25.25-26.75 m) and 1.3 g / t Au over 1.0 m (100.00-101.00 m).

The best results of the drilling program are:
- 1.14 g / t Au; 2.0 g / t Ag; 0.124% Cu; 25 g / t Bi / 3.0 meters (hole 341-13-01, 201.35-204.35 m);
- 0.322 g / t Au / 7.75 m (hole 341-07, 19.00-26.75 m) including 1.375 g / t Au; 1.7 g / t Ag; 0.15% Cu / 0.50
- m (19.00-19.50 m), 1.085 g / t Au; 0.87 g / t Ag; 0.09% Cu / 1.50m (25.25-26.75m) and 1.295g / t Au / 1.00m (100-101m).
- 0.184 g / t Au / 11 meters (hole 341-13-04; 91.50-102.50m) including 0.97 g / t Au / 1 meter (91.50-92.50m) and 0.868 g / t Au / 1 meter (101,50-102,50m).
These sections are all associated with biotitized, silicified and sulfurized tonalite zones (cpy-py) adjacent to intermediate feldspar porphyry dykes. Several characteristic zones of porphyry have been observed in tonalite. Biotitization (a potassium alteration) is rather well developed and appears to coincide with moderate magnetism lineaments of 2000 x 250 meters (vertical gradient) within a non-magnetic tonalite (3500 x 1500-2000 m). This alteration in biotite (-magnetite) consists of 10-30% of disseminations (mm-cm) and / or filling of fractures. Potassium feldspar, hematitization-epidotisation, and +/- carbonation (propylitic alteration) alteration zones are also present in the northern portion of the non-magnetic tonalite.
Gold mineralized outcrops up to 4.93 g / t Au, 6.8 g / t Ag, 0.477% Cu and 14 g / t Bi were discovered in 2012. Angular erratic blocks of metric order or more, therefore proximal, reach up to 7.76 g / t Au, 15.7 g / t Ag, 2% Cu and 74 g / t Bi. An area of two kilometers long in the center of the magnetic trough could not be drilled this fall. Prospecting this fall has uncovered new clues.
At 100 m west of the Shower Cap Index, a tonalite metric block has given this year 7.63 g / t Au, 16.5 g / t Ag, 0.64% Cu & 72 g / t Bi. At approximately 500 m west of the Shower Cap Index, another similar mineralized block (found in 2012) yielded 6.11 g / t Au, 3.7 g / t Ag, 0.35% Cu. Mineralization includes traces of 1% disseminated PY-CPY-MC associated with 2% (mm up to 4 cm wide) quartz veins in a moderately silicified non-magnetic tonalite. The presence of these blocks indicates that a 500 x 500m area north of Shower Cap between holes 13-07 & 13-08 remains very interesting and prospective. This whole area is not flowing and is covered with swamps.

At 100 m south of holes 13-01 & 02, in the northeastern part of the magnetic trough, a metric block of silicified tonalite gave this year 5.62 g / t Au, 7.3 g / t Ag, 1, 48% Cu, 4g / t Bi & 94 ppm Mo. The source of this block is under undrained swampy area in 2013 due to field conditions. Another metric block found 350 m further south gave 7.33 g / t Au, 14.5 g / t Ag, 0.63% Cu & 74 g / t Bi. Mineralization includes 5-15% PY-PO and tr-1% CPY-MC in a strongly biotitized and magnetic shear zone in contact with a finely to medium-grained intermediate intrusion (feldspar porphyry dyke). The source remains unknown. The best results from 37 new rock samples are:

The main untested targets include:
- the contact is between the tonalite and the granodiorite which is delimited by a moderate magnetism N-S linearity (gradient) situated upstream of mineralized tonalitic blocks (5.62, 6.59 and 7.33 g / t Au); also coincide with weak gold anomalies in the humus (98.5 percentile).
- the intersection of a dioritic gap (observed in abundant metric glacial blocks) along a magnetic E-O line;
- the upstream area of the JD ice block drag (grading up to 3.18 g / t Au) intersecting the same E-O magnetic line associated with the dioritic breccia.
- the western N-S oriented contact between magnetic and non-magnetic tonalite; many copper anomalies in the humus (98.5 percentile) are coincident with this contact, including up to 131,000 ppb Cu.
- the possible extension of the altered zone in northern biotite and its intersection with magnetic tonalite (priority target associated with a potassium spectrometric anomaly).
CIBLES VS MAG-K
It is recommended to construct a ground line network and an induced polarization (IP) survey on the northern portion of the non-magnetic tonalite where holes 1-6 intersected more intense alterations associated with sulphide (pyrite- chalcopyrite) and magnetite. Coincident polarization conductors caused with magnetic lineaments are the desired priority drill targets. The E-W magnetic feature associated with a dioritic breccia and mineralized tonalitic blocks represents another priority drill target.
The total rock analyzes and the geological studies completed this winter indicate that the BOHIER TONALITY is a result of the high silica leucotonalite (calc-alkaline) associated with a deformation zone with alteration and mineralization. The analyzes of major elements and trace elements suggest geochemistry and geology (except for thorium) similar to that of Mooshla pluton in Abitibi (which is spatially associated with five gold deposits).
Significant Length and Significance of Gold Values of Glacial Dispersion Trail Leading to BOILER GOLD TONALITY are comparable to that of the Au33 West gold project and another major trail identified in James Bay, as indicated by internal data from Dios’ work The geological research team at Dios believes that the source of a gold trail of such length with values of more than 2 g / t in gold and more than 1 g / t in gold in till (concentrates heavy minerals) suggest a very important source of gold.
