Montreal, Quebec – Dios Exploration Inc. (Dios)<\/strong> is pleased to report completion of a <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>non-brokered private placement with two Investment Funds totalling $1,250,000 at the <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>price of $0.10 per share and pursuant to which 12,500,000 flow-through common shares <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>were issued. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The net proceeds will be used for exploration work, mostly diamond drilling, on Dios<\/strong>\u2019 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>wholly-owned highly prospective K2<\/strong> property, which is adjacent southwest to Azimut <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Exploration inc.’s Elmer property hosting Patwon gold discovery in the James Bay region, <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Quebec. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Securities issued under this financing will be subject to a hold period of four months. This <\/span>\u00a0p<\/span>rivate placement is carried out pursuant to prospectus exemptions of applicable securities <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>laws and is subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. T<\/span>here is a finder\u2019s\u00a0 fee of $100,000 in connection with this financing to be paid to <\/span>GloRes Securities, <\/span>an arm\u2019s\u00a0 length party.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
