Montr\u00e9al (Qu\u00e9bec) Canada – <\/span>DIOS EXPLORATION<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>completed a $625,300 non-brokered private placement by issuing 9,620,000 flow-through shares at $0.065 per share.\u00a0<\/span>DIOS<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0will use these proceeds to fund exploration fieldwork and diamond drilling on promising large\u00a0<\/span>AU33 gold project and K2 Bousquet-Doyon type input gold targets,<\/span><\/strong>Lower Eastmain deformation zone,\u00a0<\/strong>James Bay, Quebec.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

There will be a hold period of four months and one day on all securities issued under this financing. Finders’ fees of $40,950 were paid to arm’s-length third parties\u00a0and 630,000\u00a0finder\u2019s warrants, exercisable to purchase an additional share of\u00a0DIOS<\/strong>\u00a0at a price of $0.075 per share for a period of eighteen (18) months from closing.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A director participated in the financing by acquiring 50,000 shares.<\/span><\/p>\n
