The rock basement is a mildly mineralized tonalite.<\/p>\n<p>This nonetheless offers excellent potential for a high tonnage gold mine, similar to the Malartic gold mine.<\/p>\n<p>This mine, which has been exploited for many years, extracts rocks with average grade of 1 g\/t.<\/p>\n<p>On the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.diosexplo.com\/33carats.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">33 CARATS<\/a>\u00a0project, Dios \u00a0discovered on surface the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erratic glacial boulders with grades up to 7.76 g\/t gold<\/li>\n<li>In place rock outcrops assaying up to 4.93 g\/t gold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/diosexplo.com\/images\/33caratsAuLitho.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"blob:http:\/\/blog.diosexplo.com\/902bd256-a1aa-42d2-877a-d9e621edada9\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>Click for larger map<br \/>\nThe interesting zone is outlined in grey<\/p>\n<p>Of the 60 analyzed samples containing disseminated copper sulfides, 26 had gold grades superior to 0.463 g\/t.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diosexplo.com\/news.php?id=20120912-00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">See september 12, 2012 press release for results<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.diosexplo.com\/33carats.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">33 CARATS<\/a>\u00a0project is wholly owned by Dios. At the moment, this project is one\u00a0<strong>with the best mining potential<\/strong>. It is very promising and the future 167 road will cross through these claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To properly outline the more highly mineralized zone, 1\u00a0200 organic earth (humus) samples were already collected (soil-geochemistry).<\/p>\n<p>Soils feed on proximal metals.
