Marie-José Girard, M.Sc., Geologist

Ms. Girard has 30 years experience in mineral exploration, particularly in glacial terranes. She worked for many years as a uranium exploration geologist in the late seventies, in particular in the Otish Sedimentary Basin and the Labrador Through of Quebec .
From 1977 to 1988, she managed exploration programs for SOQUEM, Mina Azufrec, Ecuador, Falconbridge Copper and Louvem (Monique gold deposit discovery, Val-d'Or in 1985). In 1982, she was chief assayer for two years for a mill processing facility. From 1988 to 1993, she reviewed mineral projects for the Quebec Securities Commission. Vice-President of Sirios Resources Inc. since 1995, Mrs. Girard's technical team was granted the 2001 Quebec Prospector's Award for its Aquilon Gold and Tilly Molybedum Discoveries, James Bay, Quebec.
Appointed on the Canadian Securities Administrators Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee from 2001-2005, she is a Board Member of the Canadian Centre for Diamond Valorization.
Dominique Doucet, P. Eng. Geologist,
Vice-President
Mr. Doucet has been active in the mineral exploration industry since the mid-seventies; an engineer since 1982, has been involved in various exploration projects from industrial minerals to precious and base metals and diamond for both major and junior mining companies as well as consulting groups.
He founded William Resources in 1987, and led this exploration company until 1994 to start Sirios Resources .
Mr. Doucet was appointed on the Board of the Quebec Mining Exploration Association.
Mr. Doucet, Mrs Girard and Mr. Desbiens were granted the 2001 Prospector's Award by the Québec Prospectors Association.
Claude Britt, B.Sc., Director
Mr. Claude Britt, Director, completed a degree in Geology in 1975. He has worked in uranium exploration in the Otish mountains during the 1970. He has a wealth of experience in both exploration and exploitation projects acquired over the last 30 years for companies such as Pangea Goldfields, Aur Resources, Noranda, Iron Ore and Riocanex. Mr. Britt also contributed to the discovery of significant deposits such as Silidor in Northwestern Quebec and Tulawaka, Golden Ridge and Kahama in Tanzania.

Director
Mr. René Lacroix, is Vice-President of Lacroix Frères Co. Inc., a tax and corporate finance consulting firm.
Normand Payette,
Marketing manager and Director
Mr. Normand Payette is a marketing consultant and was marketing manager with Martin International Communication U.P. Inc. since 1987. Before that, he managed different marketing teams and was also involved in the securities business as a representative.
Harold Desbiens, M.Sc., Chief-Geologist
Mr. Desbiens, a geologist since 1985, worked at Lac Minerals (now Barrick Gold) until 1993 in gold exploration. In 1993 and 1994 he directed gold, diamond and base metals exploration projects for William Resources and in 1995 he joined SIRIOS as Chief-Geologist.
He found the Ailly kimberlite in 1993 and took part in the discovery of 4 kimberlite occcurrences on HOTISH. Most diamond mines are hosted within kimberlites.
